Thirty years ago my husband and I built a home in a subdivision and swore NEVER NEW CONSTRUCTION AGAIN. Then in December of 2020 we found a RIVERMONT HOMES subdivision we really liked and a floor plan we loved. In January 2021 we signed a contract for new construction. COVID delayed completion a little but it was definitely worth the wait. Listing agent Sharon made our selection fast & easy and was always available to answer questions. Jeff, Trey, Jason & Roger were so easy to work with, so accommodating & we absolutely LOVE our new home. I highly recommend RIVERMONT HOMES for any new construction. A much more personal experience than new construction with a “big box” developer.
