We purchased our new home from Rivermont Homes in November 2020 and we are very happy with the quality of the home and our location of Coopers Ridge.  Our neighbors here are super nice and we are looking forward to getting together with them this summer.  The schools in this area are top notch and the location to Lake Lanier is perfect for us.  We looked at several new-build homes prior to purchasing with Rivermont but we were generally not happy with the quality or the tiny lots of many new homes on the market.
